Support Consultant

We are seeking for dynamic individual with a keen understanding of support services to businesses and organizations.
Job Description:
  • Support services to businesses and organizations to assist with a range of critical operational functions.
  • Have expertise in a particular business area, such as accounting, marketing, or cybersecurity.
  • Support consultants may also be responsible for providing additional support to customers after they’ve received assistance from other support staff.
  • This might include helping them set up new devices or software, resolving issues with billing or account management, etc.
Qualification:
  • Proven experience in support consultant roles.
  • Familiarity with SAP solutions or related technology is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
