Implementation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment and maintenance of our Solution/Software, providing technical support, and training to our clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

• Conduct the deployment and configuration of our Solution/Software for clients.
• Conduct technical training and provide support to clients during the implementation process.
• Ensure the successful integration of our ystem with clients' existing systems.
• Work with clients and our team to understand their requirements and provide recommendations for solutions.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues with clients.
• Maintain system performance by conducting system analysis and optimization.
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation and reports.

Qualification And Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and technology, Software or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• With Technical skills in software deployment, integration test, system training, and O&M.
• Experience with Oracle, MySQL and MS SQL Server databases management and SQL writing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Nepali (both written and spoken).
